There are 5 different statuses possible for the Legitimacy Check section:
Status | Description |
Available | You have provided all the required information for the Legitimacy Check. Please review your details carefully. When you are ready, click on "Confirm" to start the Legitimacy Check process. |
Reviewing | The Legitimacy Check is in progress for your OBP Company and will be performed within 15 working days of the trigger. If any correction is needed, our team will come back to you via email explaining what must be updated. If everything is in order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and can proceed to the next steps. |
Corrections Needed | The Legitimacy Check has been concluded for your OBP Company but some updates or additional information are required. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on what needs to be corrected. Please update the requested information in the OBP Portal and click on "Confirm" when you are ready to trigger a new Legitimacy Check. The revised review will be completed within 15 working days from the moment you confirm. |
Legitimate | The Legitimacy Check has been successfully completed for your OBP Company with a positive outcome. You may now proceed to the next steps of the On-Boarding process. |
Temporary Approved | The Legitimacy Check has been completed for your OBP Company with a temporary positive outcome. You can move on to the next steps of the On-Boarding process; however, please note that access to the Production environment requires an approved Marketing Authorisation. |
