EMVO can reset your credentials for the Master account in the EMVO Gateway Portal.
For any User or Admin account, you are able to reset their password by logging in with the Master Account.
Please contact the EMVO helpdesk with the below form filled to reset the password to your Master Account:

If the previous holder of the Master account is no longer with your company and you cannot access it, please contact the EMVO helpdesk to reassign the Master account to either the SPOC or SPOC assistant:
