Make sure that another Microsoft account usage or the cookie files in your browser do not cause the issue you are having.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to try to log in with your credentials after logging out of all your other Microsoft accounts.

We also recommend trying to log in after cleaning your browser history and internet cache.

In case these actions did not have any effect, please try to log in using private/incognito window in your browser and update the last version of your Web Browser.
