If the current Single Point of Contact (SPOC) is not longer working for your company, then your Authorised Representative (AR) needs to sent us an email to update the SPOC information. Please use the below draft and update it accordingly.

(Current SPOC Name)

(Current SPOC E-mail address)

TO

(New SPOC Name)

(New SPOC E-mail address)
