Step 4 / Step 5 is only accessible with the SPOC / SPOC Assistant credentials. Normally, you should have received the SPOC / SPOC Assistant credentials in order to get access to the OBP Portal account.

Step 4 / Step 5 is available only with these credentials, not with the Initial Requester (IR) credentials. This was implemented, to make sure, that we only give access to technical information to authorised persons.
