UK legacy packs (packs placed on the UK market prior to 1st January 2021) may continue to be marketed and distributed under Article 41 of the Withdrawal Agreement until that supply is exhausted. For parallel distributors, UK legacy packs are to be decommissioned to status ‘Checked out’.
