Are we able to send either serialised (incl. legacy packs) or non-serialised stock (new goods) to NI from Great Britain? And do these new goods need to be re-tested or released?

From an FMD perspective, legacy packs are entirely compliant with FMD requirements and can thus be moved freely to NI, taking always into account any applicable importation regulation as further explained in the Commission’s Notice. Non-serialised stock (new goods) cannot be sent to NI from Great Britain, as they are not FMD compliant.
