The Legitimacy Check section may display one of the following statuses during the onboarding process.
Status | Description |
Available | You have provided all the required information for the Legitimacy Check. Please review your details carefully. When you are ready, click on Confirm to submit your Legitimacy Check application for review. |
Reviewing | Your Legitimacy Check is currently under review by EMVO. The review is typically completed within 15 working days from the date the request is submitted. If additional information or corrections are required, you will receive an email explaining what needs to be updated. If the review is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and can proceed with the next steps of the onboarding process. |
Corrections Needed | Your Legitimacy Check has been reviewed, but additional information or corrections are required before it can be approved. You will receive an email detailing the requested changes. Please update the requested information in the OBP Portal and click Confirm to resubmit your application for review. Once submitted, EMVO will review the updated information, typically within 15 working days. Important: Your revised Legitimacy Check will not be reviewed until you click Confirm after making the requested changes. |
Legitimate | Your Legitimacy Check has been successfully completed with a positive outcome. You may now proceed with the next steps of the onboarding process. |
Temporary Approved | Your Legitimacy Check has been completed with a temporary positive outcome. You may continue with the next steps of the onboarding process. However, access to the Production environment will only be granted once a valid Marketing Authorisation has been approved. |
