Yes, the AMS Portal User Manual is available in the AMS folder of the OBP Technical InfoPack, under the "Technical Onboarding" section of your OBP Portal

It covers the current functionalities of the AMS Portal. This is a living document, it will be updated with each new release of the AMS Portal, and the latest version will always be updated in the Technical InfoPack.
