Yes, the AMS Portal User Manual is available in the AMS folder of the OBP Technical Info Pack, under the "Technical Onboarding" section of your OBP Portal. The same document is also available in the AMS Portal, in the section selection. After clicking on "AMS Portal Manual", the download should start automatically within your browser:
