No, the AMS is not foreseen as replacement for the national AMS’. The national AMS' will connect to the AMS Hub.

The AMS (Portal or Hub) will ensure that OBPs/MAHs have one single point of entry. This way, OBPs/MAHs will interact with one system only, instead of multiple national ones. The national AMS’ are mainly tasked to onboard national users to guarantee that OBPs/MAHs can interact with NMVOs and end-users.
