Yes, all functionalities in the AMS Hub are available in the AMS Portal. The AMS Portal will continuously be updated to the latest functionalities of the AMS Hub.
As long as they have the required access, OBPs/MAHs will handle all tasks in the AMS Portal i.e. changing alert status, adding messages, etc. Those functionalities will constantly be updated to reflect the functionalities available in the AMS Hub.
