Users will see all alerts starting from the moment their account was created. Any alert generated before having access to the AMS will not be displayed.

Please note that alerts will be visible to Admin users, normal users will be able to view alerts that have been assigned to the team they have been added to.

Alerts are visible in the Alert list for 31 days after they've been raised, after 31 days, alerts can be displayed when the Alert list is filtered on a specific time frame (max. 31 days intervall).
