Users will see all the alerts from when their organization has been created within the EAMS. 

<br>Regardless of when the admin user has been created within the AMS Portal, the allowed users will be able to see all the alerts related to their organization from when their organization (linked with the Org ID) has been created within the EAMS (AMS Hub more specifically).
