This refers to the teams created by the administrator users (initially the SPOC and/or SPOC assistant). In the organisation management section, it is possible for users to be created and divided into teams. Those teams will work on alerts that are assigned to them according to which markets these alerts are assigned to. Unless assigned to a team a non-admin user will not be able to see any alerts.
