The group alert functionality will be available in the next release of the AMS Portal, as it is currently being developed. This will allow users to group alerts based on certain criteria in order to make the work more efficient. Users will be able to filter alerts in dashboard based on the groups these alerts are part of, if the filter isn’t applied any action executed on an alert will not affect all grouped alerts.

For investigation comments, or status changes, to apply to more than one alert, the action will have to be done either through the filtered dashboard or the related alerts in the left panel of the alert details page.
