The conversation section and the add message functionality will allow OBPs/MAHs to request more information from other users. However, those messages will stay anonymous and will be visible to all users that are working on and have access to the alert. If there is a need for more information regarding a particular alert it can be done through the “add custom message”. When there is a need to interact internally (that is with users within their organisation) there will be the option for adding private comments.
