OBPs/MAHs will be able to upload them either through the “add message” button or the conversation section in the alert details. These messages, files, and pictures will be visible to all users, in and outside of the OBP organisation, that are working on the alerts. It will also be possible to send “private” messages, which will be visible only to users within the organisation.
