Authorized OBP users can upload files, including pictures, when sending an external message from the alert details or Conversation section.
External messages and their attachments are available to authorized organizations involved in the investigation of the alert. Access to an attachment is restricted to organizations that are authenticated, authorized and involved in that investigation.
OBP users can also add internal comments.
Internal comments are not sent through the AMS Hub and are visible only to users within the same OBP organization who have access to the alert.
Up to five supported files can be attached, with a maximum size of 5 MB per file.
