If the end-user’s NAMS (National Alert Management System) is connected to EAMS and supports the exchange of investigation messages, an external message sent for the alert can be transmitted to the relevant national system.
The end-user retrieves the message through the connected national system. The exact way in which the message is presented to the end-user depends on that national system. For any clarification regarding specific NAMS, please contact the relevant NMVO for further information.
The message is associated with the relevant alert and is available only to authorized parties involved in its investigation. It is not visible to all EAMS users across all organizations.
