As EMVO does not want to prevent OBPs having no Marketing Authorisation yet to proceed with their technical On-boarding, a particular process has been defined in order to perform an adapted Legitimacy Check. The "Temporary Legitimate" status will allow you to start the Technical On-Boarding, up to the Production environment. The access to PRD is made conditional upon the obtainment of a final status of fully legitimate partner.

During the on-boarding process, please fill in "Temporary N/A" for the unavailable MAH and Product information in step 2.7. Please note, that all information you have at the time of submitting your form for the Legitimacy Check, with respect to the entity that will hold the Marketing Authorization, have to be filled in. The Legitimacy Check will then proceed as normal.

As soon as your Marketing Authorization(s) has been obtained, we kindly ask you to fill in a minimum of one product information in Step 5 – Maintenance and to send to our Helpdesk the official approval documentation from the relevant authority.
