The National AMSs (NAMSs) can connect to the AMS Hub in a similar way that the NMVSs connect to the EU HUB. This is dependent on the countries' willingness to connect.
The current status of countries' connection:
Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany (hybrid until January 2024), Poland and Slovinia are connected to Production
Belgium is planning to connect by Q4 2023
Irland is currently in the process
