We recommend to perform a “Product Service Subscription” and “Product Service Subscription Roll” requests.
Once sent to the Hub, you will not receive a callback like a product master data request for instance. However the Hub will instantly attempt a ping request the endpoint.
You need to be make sure the endpoint is live at this time otherwise you will receive an #I1 error (500 error).
The EU HUB will send you back a HTTP 200 request if it can reach you and a HTTP 500 (I1 error) if it can’t reach the endpoint.
