Users can use either use the AMS Hub APIs to set up their own connection via an existing platform that will connect to the AMS Hub, or, to the AMS Portal. They can also use national systems to manage their alerts.
For OBPs/MAHs delivering to more than one market, it makes sense to use one single system to avoid multiple logins. That's why we highly recommend the use of the AMS Portal in those cases.
In both cases (AMS Hub/AMS Portal) the OBP/MAH will be able to handle all alerts using a single standardized tool.
