The AMS Portal passwords are set to expire each 90 days. You'll experience the issue when facing the "Password expired" error following a login attempt.
To reinitiate your password, please do the following:
1. Click on the icon "Forgot your Password"
2. Enter Sign in Name: "your email address"
3. Enter your email address > then click on "Send Verification Code"> An email is sent with your verification code to reinitiate your new password.
Once you're new password set, you should be able to access to your AMS Portal account.
