The "S4 Client Authentication Failure" error indicates that your IT solution is unable to reach the EU Hub due to an invalid/expired session token or client certificate. This error can cause disruptions in the communication between your system and the EU Hub.

Solution

  1. Request a New Session Token:

  2. Verify Token Refresh:

    • After updating the Session Token, perform a Product Pack Verification in the relevant environment.

    • If you receive a Distribution Callback, this confirms that the Session Token has been successfully refreshed.
