The S4 Session Token Invalid/Expired error message means that your IT solution cannot reach the Hub.
We advise OBPs to request a new Session Token from your OBP Portal and updated it until a successful refresh.
To verify if the Session Token has been correctly refreshed, we recommend you do a Product Pack Verification in the Environment. If you receive a Distribution callback, then the Session Token has been successfully refreshed.
These continuous error messages lead to performance issues and could put the functioning of the EU-Hub at risk. Therefore, EMVO asks you to please implement corrective & preventive actions.
