The error message #S12 Message Security Fault is related to the wrong parameters during the installation and with the way that has encrypted the message.
We kindly advise double-checking the following values to ensure comprising the message in the correct way.:
- wrong session token
- wrong endpoints parameter
- wrong public key meaning that the HUB is unable to decrypt the message
- not signing the relevant headers correctly
- the pfx certificate has been created with the public certificate instead of the private certificate (already before)
In case the error message still occurs, don't hesitate to share by email the encrypted file to help you much as possible in the investigation.
