The error A32 is related to the Duplicate Serial Number, a set of serial numbers containing multiple instances of the same serial number

This error message is composed of other 2 error messages: A32, A64, and A18:

A18 - Describes that the National System Rejected the upload, so this is a general error that is not that informative of the issue.

A64 - Indicates that the errors were caused on the Pack level.
​

A32 - This is the reason for the pack level errors, so it can be seen as a sub error of the A64. This means that the reason why the packs were rejected is that the serial numbers are already present in the National System, this is a good sign since it means that a previous upload has been successful.
